Our team of chefs, headed by the wonderful Luca Patriccioli, take great pride in preparing their food sourcing the finest ingredients – locally if possible – to ensure a high standard of cuisine.
Our menus reflect the expertise and imagination of our chefs, along with the practicalities of serving large numbers.
We do appreciate, though, that every event is different, and often guests have specific needs that may not be met by offering our standard menus.
