Vacancy: Sous Chef

We are offering a permanent full time Sous Chef position at Westminster College to a helpful and friendly person, who’s a great team player and has a good level of skill, personal professional competence and organisation.

Reporting to the Hospitality Manager through the Head Chef, but working in a wider team, you will work closely with and support the Head Chef to be responsible for all aspects of the college’s food preparation business, including deputising for the Head Chef, aspects of Health and Safety recording and reporting, allergen management, supervising and mentoring junior team members and developing new menus.

Job details:

  • 36.5 Hours per week.
  • Must be able to work evenings and weekends
  • Shift rota basis
  • Working in a small but friendly and hard-working team
