  • A customized and comprehensive programme design.
  • A detailed implementation timetable.
  • Ongoing support to ensure successful deployment and sustainability.

Create a discipleship programme that truly reflects your church’s mission and fosters a deeper biblical engagement within your congregation.

Discipleship Programme Design and Implementation

Part 1: Intensive Workshop at Westminster

Join us for a two and a half day intensive workshop at Westminster, where selected members of your church will collaborate to create a discipleship programme tailored to your church’s unique values and God’s vision.

During this workshop, participants will:

  • Articulate the Church’s Vision: Clearly define the goals and objectives of your discipleship programme.
  • Explore Educational Approaches: Discover and evaluate various educational methods suited to your church’s specific context.
  • Design the Programme: Develop a comprehensive discipleship programme and a detailed timetable for its rollout.

By the end of Part 1, your church members will have a customized discipleship programme and an actionable schedule for implementation.

Part 2: Ongoing Support and Development

Westminster will continue to support your church as you put your discipleship programme into action. The type and level of support will be tailored to your church’s needs and existing capabilities. This may include:

  • Coaching: Personalized guidance to help church leaders and members effectively lead the discipleship programme.
  • Programme Review: Regular assessments to ensure the programme is on track and meeting its goals.
  • Additional Workshops: Targeted half-day workshops to address specific needs or challenges that arise during implementation.

Equip your church to nurture a thriving discipleship culture that aligns with your vision and values
