‘…go and make disciples of all nations’.

Harness Westminster’s expertise in designing educational programmes that cultivate deep biblical engagement to nurture and grow disciples within your unique context.

Our Approach

At Westminster, we understand the unique calling of each church to nurture and develop its congregation through the lens of its specific mission and vision. To support your church in deepening its engagement with the Bible and fostering a culture of discipleship, we offer a structured process tailored to your context, helping you create an impactful programme of initiatives.

Our approach includes:

  1. Creative Workshops: Engage in dynamic and interactive workshops held at Westminster, where church leaders, educators, and members will come together to:
    • Articulate the Church’s Vision: Define and refine the church’s mission, vision, and values in the context of discipleship and biblical education.
    • Explore Educational Approaches: Examine various educational methodologies, resources (E.g., StepWise) and practices that align with your church’s vision and congregational needs.
    • Develop Your Programme: Collaboratively develop a comprehensive programme of discipleship initiatives that is uniquely tailored to resonate with your church’s identity.
  2. Customized Development: We provide a tailored approach that recognizes your church’s existing resources, skill sets, and educational background. This ensures that the programme is not only theologically sound but also practical and achievable. This phase includes:
    • Assessment of Existing Resources: Evaluating the current educational tools, initiatives, facilitators, and other resources available within your church.
    • Curriculum Development: Designing a curriculum that fits your church’s unique needs and educational goals, ensuring it is both engaging and impactful.
  3. Ongoing Support: Our commitment to your church extends beyond the initial design and implementation phases. Westminster offers the option of ongoing support to ensure the success and sustainability of your discipleship programme. This may include:
    • Coaching and Mentorship: Providing continuous guidance to your church’s educators and leaders as they implement the programme.
    • Periodic Reviews: Conducting regular evaluations to assess the effectiveness of the programme and make necessary adjustments.
    • Additional Workshops: Offering further training and development opportunities as new challenges or needs arise.

Expected Outcomes

By partnering with Westminster, your church can expect the following outcomes:

  • A Clear and Articulated Vision: A well-defined vision for your approach to discipleship that aligns with your church’s overall mission and educational goals.
