Studying and living at Westminster

Living as part of a Christian community

As a confessional theological college, studying and living at Westminster differs from traditional college accommodation in our desire to foster an intentional and supportive Christian community among all the students studying at the college.

As well as students undertaking their first degree, there are also mature students training to be URC minsters and research students living in or near the college, including doctoral students studying theology at Cambridge University.

As part of their contribution to the community, a number of the doctoral students have a role in fostering intentional community by providing academic coaching, a listening ear, and a big sister presence for our undergraduate students, under the guidance of our Director of Studies, Dr Alison Gray.
